The best natural used food ever is the garlic. It is good in taste, but even better for health and helps for healing of many problems. If you eat it raw is the best possible remedy.
The hypertension and cholesterol are aided by garlic and resolved too, since garlic protects from heart attack as well and heart problems. It also stops and slows down the atherosclerosis. Garlic is the cure for many problems like traveler’s diarrhea, hay fever, flu, fungi, cold or bug bites. Also relives diabetes symptoms, osteoarthritis and enlarged prostate. It removes toxins from the body and boosts immunity. In mix with onion and ginger it even helps in chemo side effects and detoxing.
How can we use garlic?
The garlic has an important compound called allicin which is the healthiest core inside. When heated, is changed so try to eat raw garlic. If you crush the garlic, slice it and leave it several minutes, it will change the allicin tio bio-available. Honey and raw garlic

- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 red chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- Apple cider vinegar (not filtered)
Take a jar of glass, 300-350 ml and put the onion at the bottom. After that, add the garlic and red chili peppers with seeds. Also, add the ginger and lemon juice over this. Lastly, add vinegar and leave 1 cm space at the very top of the jar. Close and put it on room temperature, in pantry. Use the tonic like cure for cold, sore throat or flu.
