Plant the potatoes in your garden or in a shallow pot. When you notice that the roots are growing, add another layer of ground. The sweet potatoes can be sprouted very easily and you can plant them deeper in the ground.

Garlic

The best time to plant a garlic is fall, but the garlic can still be planted at any season. It wants weed, just like the onions, so it best to provide a straw cover or nylon that will give enough moisture. The garlic can also improve the growth of the following plants: lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, roses and beets. Don’t plant the garlic near peas or beans. How to plant it: make a hole in the soil with your finger, about five cm deep. Plant the garlic clove with its root down. After some time, there will appear young and new slips.

Onions

Plant one onion that started to sprout, at a depth of around one cm, and place it in a sunny place. If it is necessary, water it. There should be enough water for the onion, but not too much water because the root can rot. You will see the new slips growing really fast. When it starts to form cocksfoot, the irrigation need to be reduced.

Together with its root, put the lettuce in a bowl with water. Change the water every day, and sometimes spray the leaves. The lettuce needs a sunny spot. You will see how quickly the lettuce is able to grow. In 2 days, you will have a new leaves.
