Strawberry diet – Lose up to 3 kilograms in 4 days

This diet is based on strawberries, and some people have lost u to 3 kilograms in 4 days. Don’t be surprised by the recipes that include some strange combinations – try it before you judge it.

This diet includes fresh groceries, so pay attention when you go shopping for groceries.
You will also need a blender, not only to speed up the preparation process, but also to mix the ingredients well.

If you are an employed person, it is best for you to start this diet on Friday. That way you will skip only two lunch meals (replace those with fresh strawberries), and you will get similar results.

The diet lasts for 4 days only, so there isn’t any special recommendation for increased physical activity.

If you can’t do it without coffee, try not to drink more than two cups a day, drinking a glass of water after each coffee.

DAY 1
Breakfast:

Chop 250 grams of strawberries, half an apple and half a banana, blend them and add a teaspoon of honey ad 50 grams of sugarless yoghurt.
Snack: Put 100 grams of strawberries and 1 dl of low-fat milk into blender; add half a teaspoon of honey and 50 ml of still mineral water. Blend it.

Lunch:

150 g. of strawberries, 1 piece of turkey breasts, 100 g. of cucumber, 300 g. of asparagus, 10 g.. of parsley, 20 g. of chopped walnuts, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 6 spoons of vegetable soup (or still mineral water, 1 spoon of olive oil. Clean and chop the asparagus, and boil it until it’s soft. Chop the strawberries and the cucumber on big pieces, and the turkey meat on strips. Mix all this up in a big bowl and add the lemon juice, the vegetable soup and the olive oil. Put the walnuts in the end.

Snack:

Blend 100 g. of strawberries, 1 dl. of low-fat yoghurt and one spoon of honey.

Dinner:

Make a salad – one boiled potato, one garlic and small boiled celery, 1 dl. of yoghurt, 50 g. of low-fat cheese and parsley. Spice it with lemon, salt and pepper.

DAY 2
Breakfast:

2 pieces of integral bread and cheese with 2%.

Snack:

Prepare a shake of 200 g. of strawberries, mix them with different fruits and add 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Lunch:

Mix chopped strawberries (100 g.), ½ of lettuce, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, low-fat cheese (50 g.), yoghurt (1/2 dl.), lemon juice, salt, integral toast in small pieces.

Snack:

Strawberry juice (1 dl.), low-fat yoghurt (1 dl.) and pineapple juice (1/2 dl.)

Dinner:

Pancakes with strawberries – the pancakes should be prepared in a non-stick pan and eat them with a cream of mashed strawberries, young cheese and a teaspoon of honey.

DAY 3
Breakfst:

Oatmeal with1/2 dl. of apple juice, half a banana and 100 g. of strawberries.

Snack:

1 dl. of low-fat yoghurt, 100 g. of strawberries and a teaspoon of honey, blended.

Lunch:

A small boiled cauliflower and 30 g. of ham chopped on tiny pieces, covered with one teaspoon of butter.

Snack:

1 dl. of orange juice and strawberries and a teaspoon of honey.

Dinner:

A puree of one big boiled carrot and one boiled potato, add milk, a teaspoon of butter and a little bit of water to that. Mix it well. Pour the mixture in a fire-resistant bowl, and add chopped tomatoes and peppers, parmesan and a little bit of sweet basil or oregano. Bake it for 15 minutes. Consume it with a mixture of tomato juice and 100 grams of strawberries (you can add some black pepper for better taste)

DAY 4
Breakfast:

2 pieces of integral bread with low-fat cheese and 50 g. of strawberries.

Snack:

Mix 1 orange juice, 1 apple and 100 g. of strawberries, add a teaspoon of honey. Mix it well.

Lunch:

Fish (we recommend trout), steamed with an onion, spiced with parsley and lemon pieces. Put 50 g. of strawberries chopped on circles on the fish and a little bit of mustard (a great combination). You can add some green salad with lemon juice or apple vinegar.

Snack:

Put 150 g. of strawberries into the blender, a teaspoon of honey, lemon juice and 11 dl. of water. You can also add ½ dl. of low-fat yoghurt.

Dinner:

Bake a big potato in the oven (along with the peel), make a mixture of raw carrot, a pepper, celery and lemon juice. On a separate side, mix a few big strawberries, 50 g. of cheese and 1 gl. Yoghurt. Peel the potato off and roll it into the first sauce, then into the second one. You can add some sweet basil or oregano, by wish.
