Allergic rhinitis happens when we breathe the allergic constituents of air and in contact with the mucous membrane causes an inflammatory reaction of the boy that creates problems.

This kind of reaction is happening usually in the summer and spring when the large number of potential allergens that are in the air create a large concentration of pollen from different plants.

  • Itching and tearing of the eyes

Because these reactions generally happen when people with allergies are walking outdoors or in some place full of allergens (pollen, dust, etc.) need to bring ear sticks previously soaked in any edible oil, before they go out.

Put the sticks in the nostrils. If you plan to spend long time outdoors, you should take a small bottle of oil and a few ear sticks, and to repeat this procedure if it is needed.

On this way, the allergens will be glued on the oil that protects the lining of the nose. When you return at home, wash the nose and its interior with a solution of sea salt or salt water, or simply blow it out the nose.
