Simple and healthy hummus recepie – A spread which will help you lose weight

The research has shown that the people who eat humus have 53% less chance of gaining weight, and also 51% less chance of high blood sugar levels than the people that don’t consume the spread.

Ingredients needed:

300 grams of chickpea

4 spoons of lemon juice (about one lemon and a half)

1 and a half spoon of halva

2 arlics (chopped)

1 spoon of salt

2 spoons of olive oil

Blend all the ingredients until you reach a creamy mixture

You can use the humus as a sandwich spread or eat it with fresh vegetable
