Our meals are essential for our good shape, slim body, soft skin and fresh look; but we don’t talk about calories now, but the foods we consume which regulate the digestion and speed up the metabolism.
This is a drink full with vitamins, minerals and amino-acids, and you’re supposed to consume it in the morning or as a snack – substitute for coffee or a bag of chips.
- One and a half glass of water
- One chopped lettuce
- 3-4 stems of celery
- 300 grams of spinach
- One apple, peeled and chopped
- One pear, peeled and chopped
- One banana
- Fresh coriander
