If you love the coconut oil, you can take one tablespoon of it and put it into your mouth. Swish the coconut oil about 15 to 20 minutes and then brush your teeth.
1st tip: for this tip you will need baking soda and strawberries. First, blend the strawberries, add one teaspoon of baking soda and mix well. Dab the toothbrush into this mixture and then brush your teeth. Do this just once or twice a week.
2nd tip: this tip includes baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Mix these ingredients until you get a paste and apply it on the toothbrush. Don’t do this very often because the baking soda can wear out the enamel of the tooth if you do this more than 1 to 2 times a week.
3rd tip: you can use the olive oil mouth rinse. All you need to do is to fill the mouth with olive oil and then swirl it around. The olive oil is not acidic, so you can do this treatment every day. But, if you don’t like the olive oil, you can soak a cotton pad into this oil and rub it along the teeth.
4th tip: rub your teeth with the inside part of the banana peel. It is a very effective treatment.
5th tip: this remedy is similar with the 4th and it includes rubbing the teeth with the inside part of lemon or orange peel.
6th tip: add a pinch of salt on the toothpaste before you brush your teeth. Do this every day and you will get white teeth.
7th tip: eat one apple every day because it can clear your teeth.
8th tip: use milk in your tea or coffee. The reason for this advice is not only the calcium in the milk, but also it is because the tea and coffee can stain the teeth.
9th tip: decrease the consumption of caffeinated drinks like coffee, tea and energy drinks because they include lots of caffeine and sugar that are bad for you and your teeth.
