- 1 kg lemons
- 1 bag baking soda
- 6 bunches parsley
- 12 cups water
Wash the lemons with cold water and in a large pot heat the water. Add the soda and the lemons for an hour. Chop the parsley and add it to this mix. Let simmer on low heat a few hours. Put in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Every morning, take 4 tbsp of this mix before breakfast. Repeat this every day for 3 weeks.
