You may like spinach but you also need to know the benefit of this veggie for your body.
This veggie has a load of vitamins and minerals; vitamin A, folic acid, B, E, C, iron, potassium, and manganese. The spinach also offers you zeaxanthin and lutein and this makes it a power plant that combats illnesses. But keep in mind, spinach MUST NOT be re-heated after cooked – the nitrates in it are under an influence of microorganisms so the heat seeps in the nitrites and subsequently the nitrosamines become carcinogenic and poisonous for human bodies.
Eat the spinach either fresh or broiled/baked/fried but NEVER reheated after it is cooked. You can eat it the next day after it’s cooked, but cold, not heated.
Besides, it is tastier when cold!
