The fresh pineapple is rich with nutritious elements and it is a great source of a number of vitamins and minerals, as well as enzymes which induce the digestion, kidney activity and help with the inflammatory processes. But most important of all, the pineapple contains only 46 calories in 100 grams. There are different types of pineapple diet, and here is a fast diet which can help you lose 3 kilograms in 5 days. The 5-day diet can be repeated, but it is recommendable to take a break after 30 days of repetition.
The days within the diet are divided into even and uneven days, which have different nutritious plan. It is recommended to drink at least 2 glasses of herbal tea, as well as a glass of water right after waking up, during the diet.
Nutritious plan for the uneven days (1st, 3rd and 5th day)
Breakfast: One circle of fresh pineapple and a cup of green tea without any sugar, 2 dl of low-fat yoghurt and a spoon of muesli
Lunch: Vegetable soup with a spoon of ground grains (you can choose from: rise, wheat, corn, millet, oat), boiled season vegetable (as much as you want), a slice of fresh pineapple.
Snack: A cup of green tea without any sugar, a slice of fresh pineapple
Dinner: 200 grams of fish (baked in silver foil), salad (carrot, pepper, tomato), a slice of fresh pineapple
A nutritious plan for the even days (the 2nd and the 4th day)
Breakfast: a glass of freshly squeezed juice (pineapple, kiwi, orange), a cup of green tea as a coffee substitution without any sugar
Lunch: 180 grams of chicken (or turkey) baked into oven, roasted vegetable (with only a little bit of oil), 2 pieces of integral cracker and a slice of fresh pineapple.
Snack: A slice of fresh pineapple and 2 dl of low-fat yoghurt
Dinner: Vegetable soup (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, celery…), one hard-boiled egg, a fresh spinach salad and a slice of fresh pineapple
The pineapple diet is a great choice if you like to lose a few kilograms and to make a body detoxification. It lasts for only 5 days and you can adjust it according to your needs, i.e. to practice it 2-3 times a month. The diet is very nutritious, and has a low daily calorie intake (about 800 a day).
