A new study by Harvard School for Public Health has recently shown how much is breakfast important for good health, especially for the heart and blood vessels.
The researchers have found out that people who regularly skip breakfast, especially men have 27% higher risk of getting a heart attack or die because of some heart disease, compared to those who regularly have breakfast.
People who skip breakfast usually feel hungry later in the day so they eat more during the night which leads to some changes in the metabolism that could cause heart disease.
The message is clear “Breakfast is really important”. It is vital for normal development of the body as well as for good awakening. Think twice before you skip it.
