This is an amazing way or military way of losing weight. It is called Military diet. The rules are strict, but the food is tasty don’t worry! You can’t be flexible though, stick to rules to see awesome results.
This is the diet:
Breakfast: 1 slice toast, peanut butter 2 tbsp, ½ grapefruit, 1 cup coffee or tea
Lunch: coffee/tea 1 cup, ½ cup tuna, 1 slice tuna
Dinner: 3 oz meat, 1 apple, ½ banana, 1 cup beans, 1 cup ice cream
Breakfast: 1 slice toast, 1 egg, ½ banana
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: hotdogs no bun (2), ½ cup carrot, 1 cup broccoli, ½ banana, ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Breakfast: 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 apple, five saltines
Lunch: 1 slice toast, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: ½ cup tuna, ½ banana, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Keep in mind this must be followed, no exceptions. You can change a bit like instead of meat, have a fruit but rarely. Follow every little thing strict! Don’t add plus things to it. This diet is quick and will boost immediately the metabolism so you can burn more fat and have a lot of energy. Also, workout a lot or the most you can to keep the fast metabolism.
