Every woman was weighed and measured before the study, and they did three months of dieting. Those women, who ate the cumin with yogurt, lost 3 pounds in a comparison to the other group who didn’t eat cumin. The group who ate cumin decreased the body fat percentage by 14.64 percent. They also reduced the levels of cholesterol, heart disease, triglycerides connected with atherosclerosis, and diabetes. The study concluded that the cumin powder can boost the success of weight reduction.
