The main ingredient is raw horseradish that is rich in calium, vitamin B1, vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and calcium.

For this syrup you will need only 3 ingredients:
* 125 gr. of raw horseradish
* 3 lemons
* 3 tablespoons of honey
Mix the horseradish in a blender. Juice the lemons and put the lemon juice in the blender and mix it for 2-3 minutes. At the end add the honey and mix it all very well. Pour your syrup in a jar. You should consume 1 teaspoon of the syrup twice a day before your meals. Consume the syrup for 3 weeks, and then make a pause for 3-4 days.
