Breakfast Ingredients:

  • 300 ml low fat yoghurt or kefir
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp flaxseed powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 5-7 plums

Method:

Make it at night to sit until the morning. Then take small amount boiled water, 100 ml and the dry plums. Cover for 10 minutes. In another bowl mix the oats, flax and cocoa. Add the kefir now and mix. Grind nicely the plums in blender or as puree and add them to the mix. Leave it refrigerated.
