The cellulite happens to the best of us, even celebs and model are not immune. But we have some super tricks that will help you to get rid of those tell-tale dimples.
Cellulite enemy number 1 is the caffeine that tightens and provides antioxidants to the skin. When it is applied regularly, it can reduce the cellulite. Here we have one combination of an extra exfoliating kick with coffee grounds, coconut oil and a little sea salt. It smells good. Massage the affected area to stimulate the blood flow.
- 1 cup coffee grounds
- 6 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons sea salt or sugar
- Dry brush (optional)
- Empty jar
Measure out the ingredients and mix it in a large cup or bowl. If the coconut oil is solid, melt it in the microwave, and then add to the mixture. Mix the ingredients well and put the mixture in a jar or container.
In the shower, apply this mixture to the areas with cellulite. Massage it onto the skin in a circular motion and then rinse it. Repeat this every time when you shower for best results.
If you use a dry brush, do that before getting in the shower to stimulate the blood flow and to exfoliate the skin.
