A Fruit Salad Resembling A Rainbow – With Lime And Honey

We all get trapped in a same food cycle every day for breakfast especially. Either a banana or an apple but still, where are the other fruits? Chop the banana and make a mix even with something else.

This is synergy or eating various things mixed up, so if you mix more fruits you get more nutrients.  They all are linked to each other for many benefits obviously better than one fruit only.

A Fruit Salad Resembling A Rainbow – With Lime And Honey

For the Fruit Salad You need:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 1 lb pineapple, chopped
  • 6 oz blackberries
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 1 lb sliced strawberries
  • 3 mandarins, peeled and sectioned
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Honey and Lime dressing:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Preparing:

Mix everything in a bigger bowl, and in another stir the zest, juice and honey. Then pour this dressing over the fruit and mix evenly.
