Spring is a beautiful season of the year, but it can cause sinus problems and a stuffy nose. Before you turn to allergy medications right away, try the following:
Clear your nasal cavities twice a day so that you wash the pollen and other allergens off. Make your own saline water with ¼ spoonful of salt in one cup of warm water. Put the water into a syringe or nasal irrigator. Syringe the water into one of the nasal cavities, so that it washes off the sinus cavities and go out through the other nasal cavity. Gently shake your nose out after this. You need to prepare the saline water carefully, in order not to over exaggerate with the amount of salt and irritate the membrane.
