The eggplant diet

The eggplant diet is said to be one of the most delicious and easiest mono-diets. It lasts for 14 days and it is the optimal time for achieving the best results (after this period of time there is a stand-by in the loss of weight). The eggplant diet, as well as any other diet, is not very well-balanced with nutritious elements. So you are not supposed to follow it for more than two weeks. It is best to repeat the diet after a while (about two months), instead of repeating it right away. While on a diet, the body loses some of the elements that are essential for the normal activity. Therefore, this diet is not recommendable for people with weak immune system, as well as for people with allergic reaction to the eggplant. The rest could use a multivitamin addition to the diet.
