Today we have good news for you: one recent research has shown that drinking coffee, your favorite beverage in the morning, is good for your liver.
It has been proven that the people who regularly drank large quantities of coffee, lowered the level of non-performing enzymes in the liver. The effect can be also achieved with decaf coffee.
Dr. Xiao Qian, who comes from Maryland is the study author and said that some previous studies have shown that if you drink coffee that will have a positive effect on your liver, but it wasn’t known if the decaf does the same.
In order to determine the results of the decaf coffee, Dr. Xiao and his team have used the previous data and they reviewed the research that included 27,800 people older than 20 years.
The objective of the research was an intuitiveness into the general health of the people in America, who were undergoing an interview and medical examinations.
The scientists discovered that those people who consumed 3 or more cups of coffee per day had lower levels of liver enzymes in a comparison with the non-coffee drinkers.
So, we recommend you to enjoy your coffee because you are protecting your liver with that.
