Who can resist to the delicious pancakes! Here is a simple recipe full of proteins, simple sugars, vitamins, minerals and fibers. Now you can eat pancakes without feeling guilty for this sweet pleasure.
Ingredients for the amount of 10 pancakes:
- 10 tablespoons of integral flower
- 5 whites
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 250 grams of low-fat milk or sparkling mineral water
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa or one dose of Whey chocolate protein
Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix them with a food mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add more milk, if necessary. Use teflonic pan, so that you won’t have to use any oil.
It is obligatory to serve the pancakes with something sweet, so here is a suggestion:
- 2 middle-sized apples
- 3 teaspoons of honey
Shred the apples and add the honey. Add some cinnamon to the mixture.
