A diet based on pasta

This type of diet is becoming more and more popular. It is a simple diet which makes you lose weight because of the great amount of water intake and the unvaried food you consume.
It is recommendable to be practiced no more than three months, because there’s a risk of weakening of the blood and the immune system. One should take breaks in every two weeks before proceeding with the diet.

During this diet, you can eat all types of pasta, but with no additions like ketchup, mayonnaise or any other sauce. A very low amount of olive oil is allowed.

You can eat as much fruit and salads as you want in the morning, as well as yoghurt, natural juices and a great amount of water. The lunch should be consisted of pasta. It is important to divide the meal in two parts: you should consume the first part at about 2 o’clock, and the second one at about 4 o’clock.

The final meal should be around 6 o’clock, and it can be consisted of muesli or fruit, or combination of both. This will be your last meal for the day, but you can still consume liquids, especially water.

For better results, physical activity is recommendable, such as aerobics, fitness or pilates.
