Avoid the “white” carbohydrates
Avoid every carbohydrate which is-or could be-white, such as: bread, grains, pasta, fried food and animal food products.
Eat the same food over and over again

Chicken breasts or chicken legs
Eat as much as you want from these nutritious foods, 4 times a day.
