Jin Shin Jyutsu is a type of old Japanese touch therapy that you can do it on yourself or to some other people to help balance your emotions and energy by stimulating the meridians on your hands.
- Each of your fingers is linked to different organs in your body and with its matching attitude and emotion. On the chart you can choose the specific trouble area or you can choose whole body balance.
- Hold the finger that matches with the emotion you want to calm or the organ you would like to heal. Hold it for 3 to 5 minutes and breathe deeply.
- You can do a harmony to the whole body by doing that on all of your fingers.
Organs: Spleen and Stomach
Emotions/Attitudes: Depression, Anxiety and Worry
Physical Symptoms: problems with the skin, headaches, stomachaches, nervousness.
2. Index Finger
Organs: Bladder and Kidney
Emotions/Attitudes: Fear, Frustration and mental confusion
Physical Symptoms: wrist, elbow, muscle and back aches, discomfort of the upper arm, gum issues and toothache, digestive problems, addictions of any type.
3. Middle Finger
Organs: Gallbladder and Liver
Emotions/Attitudes: Anger, Irritability and Indecisiveness
Physical Symptoms: problems with circulation, menstruation, vision or eye problems, migraine, fatigue, frontal headaches.
4. Ring Finger
Organs: Large Intestine and Lungs
Emotions/Attitudes: Sadness, Pessimism, grief, fear of rejection
Physical symptoms: ringing in the ears, digestive problems, deep skin condition, respiratory problems like the asthma.
5. Little Finger
Organs: Small Intestine and Heart
Emotions/Attitudes: Nervousness, Low self-esteem, Insecurity, Judgemental
Physical Symptoms: heart problems, blood pressure problems, bloating, sore throat, nerve problems and bone problems.
