American Diet: Lose 7 pounds in Just 5 Days

This American diet will help you to lose your fat with eating proteins and fats, and if you stick to this program, you can lose 3 pounds in just 5 days.

The diet consists fish, eggs and meat, and you can consume fruits and vegetables. The sweets and food rich in carbohydrates are forbidden.

You can use cold pressed oil, drink at least 2 liters of water daily (without sodium and chlorine) and herbal teas.

Breakfast

Choose one of these two offers for breakfast and eat it for 5 days

First choice: 150 g soft cow’s cheese mixed with 1 tablespoon flax seed or olive oil and 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds or sesame.

Second choice: one fried egg in pan without oil, or boil it, 50 gr ham and add 200 g hard cheese with fresh herbs spices.

Lunch

Sugar pea and chicken

Saute chopped onion with 2 tablespoons oil, add 300 g cooked sugar pea, tablespoon fresh herbs spices and one tablespoon chopped parsley. Saute 120 g chicken meat spiced with pepper. Serve it all together and add 2 tablespoons full-fat margarine.

Dinner

Fruit Salad with cheese

Make a fruit salad with pear or apple, add 100 g green salad, 1 tangerine and 50 gr feta cheese, 3 walnuts. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons oil and add a little pepper.
