The ABC Diet is a six-week nutritious plan combining nutrition and exercising. It pays attention to the 12 products which are included in the regime. Its aim is to strengthen the body and the muscles with the exercises, aerobics and with the balance of albumens, carbohydrates and fats.
The exercises help the body burns the fats, but it can’t help to a specific part of the body with fats accumulated, such as the stomach area. The combination of the diet and the exercises will help to eliminate the extra fats from your body.
There are certain general rules in this diet: You should eat six times a day, drink water regularly, stop counting your calories and concentrate on the diet. The six meals throughout the day are obligatory in order to keep the so-called energetic balance.
The products you need to consume are:
- Almonds, walnuts, nuts, pistachios
- Green vegetables
- Fat-free dairy products
- Oat flakes
- Fat-free milk
- Olive oil
The proper exercises are equally important for this diet. You need to practice cardio exercises 3 times a week, stomach exercises 2-3 times a week, and choose a certain type of aerobics also three times a week.
