5 Great and Easy Exercises For an Amazing Bubble Butt

  1. Romanian deadlift

Bubble Butt 1Stand right, bend slightly and keep your back flat. Bend at the waist and slide the weight in front of your legs. You hold it like that for a second or two, you contract your butt and you go back to the position from the start. Do this in 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Swing the kettlebell upwards holding it with two hands. You will need to lower the weight back to the ground and right away complete the next repetition. Do this in 3 sets of 12 repetitions

  1. Dumbell step ups

step-upSo, you will need 2 dumbells and something like a platform. A chair maybe. Hold them in your hands and stand in front of the platform. Put your foot on the top and step up into a stand with one leg. Your back needs to be flat and try not to lean forward.
