These two common problems make the body looks strange and unappealing for women. They cannot find a good suiting bra or try diets with no effects on these body areas. The best way for removing this fat tissue is with good diet and of course, good workouts.
These are done at home with bands, handles, hand weights, tubes or body movements.
If you do them daily, you will lose the fat in natural way in only 21 days. It is effective and such workouts are:
- Elbow kiss- spread the arms on every side in shoulder levels with palms up. Fold each arm where the elbow is and with 90 degrees up. Then start to swing the hands folded in the front, and they have to be close to the elbows when the forearms touch the sides. At last, go back to the first pose. 3 sets and 10 reps.
- Push-touch- stretched arms have to be lifted up, on the sides. Use band or hand weights if you have them. Stand and stretch the arms on the sides, palms face forward and are lifted to shoulder levels and then over the head. At last, bring them back. 3 sets and 6 reps.
- Crisscross-reverse fly- legs are apart in shoulder width, knees are a little bent forward with the waist, tops 90 degrees and the head is facing down. Have a weight in one hand and bend the elbow when the palms face each other. Raise the hands a bit lower than shoulders. 3 sets with 10 reps.
- Bent-over circulating row- legs need to be apart in width of shoulders and bending forward of 90 degrees. Use each hand at a time and move the weight with opposite hand, lifting up and then to the chest and to the back, extending in circle movements. 3 sets and 10 reps each.
